Star Junction

Star Junction is the nucleus of the system. It provides connection to any IP PABX including Cisco call manager, Cisco routers, Gateways, Asterisk, Axon, Brekeke, PbxnSip, 3Cx, Trixbox, OpenSER any other SIP server and it also provides all sorts of integration. At present it integrates with SugarCRM, Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3. It also provides interconnection for Star Outlook Dialer. It stays in the system trey and provides all these services silently. It has a console that gives you real time picture of what's happening in the system.

It gives popup Caller ID on incoming calls. It is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista . Star Junction free edition is free for life.

CallerID Popup

Caller id is the one of the hottest features. StarJunction provides caller ID pop as well as CRM integration features.

CRM Integration

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 It integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and finds records in CRM based on caller id information received from Asterisk.
  • SugarCRM It integrates with local or remote SugarCRM and pull up data on the basis of caller ID of incoming call. This feature can be enabled or disabled from CRM Integration window.
  • SalesForceCRM It integrates with salesforce.com CRM. It can search through all the available data including contacts, leads etc and displays the available records. It can be enabled or disabled from the integration menu.

Command Line and Javascript Dialing

Star Junction installs StarCaller.exe to provide dialing from command line. It can also be used to initiate call from Javascript (from local browser etc)

Star Outlook Dialer

Star Outlook Dialer is a Microsoft Office Outlook add-in. It automatically detects contacts and telephone numbers in outlook and provides one-click dialing facility right from your inbox. It gives popup Caller ID on incoming calls using StarJunction. It integrates with any IP PBX including Cisco, Avaya, Brekeke, PbxnSip, Asterisk, SER, Axon, 3Cx etc to initiate call to your contact while reading its email in Microsoft Outlook. It displays a nice toolbar in outlook to give quick access to its functions. It is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista . Star outlook dialer free edition is free for life.

It can dial a telephone number by using one of three methods

  • Predictive It automatically detects the possible contacts and phone numbers that you are going to call on the basis of current email that you are viewing and put them in telephone box.
  • Contacts You can dial any contact's numbers by clicking on the contact in contacts view.
  • Direct Dial You can dial any number weather it is in your contacts or not. Just put the number in telephone box, press ENTER key and click on Direct Dial button.
